At Woodhill work is generally controlled by Project Managers or Lead Engineers, who are responsible for the quality and technical performance of each project. Principal and Senior Engineers are often responsible for the day to day running of projects and are often the main points of contact with the client.

All projects have a Project Sponsor who provides independent checking, and coordinates the comments of the Quality Manager and Safety Manager as required. The Project Managers, Lead Engineers and Project Sponsors are all experienced in multi-discipline work, and ensure that the overall recommendations are optimised within the scope of each project.

All personnel receive regular training in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety, Health and Environment System (SMS). At all levels, the work is subject to independent checking before final checking and approval by the Project Sponsor. Each project has a quality plan, and at every stage of the work there is a strong emphasis on analysis, communication and checking.
