Woodhill has both prepared and evaluated a range of bids for onshore
and offshore developments. Bid evaluations include assessments
of technical, economic, safety and environmental considerations.
Project control is used to ensure
that the project proceeds in accordance with the plan, in terms
of time and cost. The key information for control is normally formalised
in progress reports prepared on a regular basis, (as agreed at
the start of the project,) typically weekly and monthly.
Progress reports typically
include information on:
- Activities or tasks completed in the time
period.
- Activities planned for the next period.
- Resources (time, etc) used in the period
and cumulative to date.
- Assessment of progress in the period and
cumulative to date.
- Assessment of progress against the plan (work
completed, resources used, etc).
- Statement of any concerns.
- Proposed remedial actions if necessary to
recover progress.
