Woodhill has developed its own proprietary cost estimation software. As well as providing costings for front-end and detailed design, we offer an integrated decommissioning cost estimation model. This model is supplied with details of the customer's asset portfolio pre-installed, ready for use.

The decommissioning model features the following:

  • unlimited assets in one model
  • five decommissioning specifications:
    • minimum legal requirement
    • SPAR with derogation
    • SPAR without derogation
    • user specified
    • total removal
  • built-in database, including:
    • marine equipment
    • capabilities
    • costs
  • calculated decommissioning procedure
  • procedure can be user adjusted
  • integrated cost estimation
  • built-in sensitivity capability
  • tabular and graphical output
